When designing this living room space, my goal was to create a living environment that is both modern and warm, focusing on the fluidity and comfort of the space, while incorporating some artistic elements to give the space more personality and taste.
In terms of color, I chose soft neutral tones such as beige, light gray and wood to ensure that the space looks both warm and modern. The furniture and walls are based on these soft tones to create a warm environment. In terms of material selection, the floor uses fresh gray tiles and is paired with soft gray carpets to make the space more comfortable. The design of the coffee table and other furniture uses a combination of modern marble and wood, which adds a sense of nobility to the space while maintaining a simple style.
The sofa area is the core area of the living room. I chose a simple L-shaped sofa, and the combination of dark gray and beige makes it both modern and layered. Behind the sofa, I designed a neat wall with geometric decorations and art paintings to increase the artistic atmosphere of the space. To enhance the contrast and vitality of the space, I added some colorful pillows that will not destroy the overall tone and add some fun.
The design of the coffee table adopts the form of combining marble and wood. The simple shape and natural materials show a modern and simple style. Other small furniture such as round soft stools and small side tables also use simple and design-rich lines to make the space look neat and varied.
I attach great importance to the details of decoration, especially the artwork and small ornaments. An abstract painting is hung on the wall, and the tones and lines are coordinated with the sofa area, adding an artistic sense to the space. The decorations, dolls and small sculptures on the bookshelf not only show the personality of the occupants, but also add a breath of life to the space. Especially the artistic doll in the corner, it breaks the formal sense of the space and makes the living room more interesting and friendly.
Lighting design is an important element in the space. I chose a variety of lamps to meet the lighting needs and bring a warm atmosphere to the space. The embedded chandelier in the center is simple in design and provides a uniform light source, while the wall lighting creates soft light and comfortable light and shadow effects through invisible light strips and local lamps. Especially the lamps in the reading corner are both practical and add some artistic sense to the space.
This design focuses on the integration of modern minimalist style and artistic sense. The overall layout is fresh and comfortable, and through the clever combination of materials and lighting, a space that is suitable for daily life and full of design sense is created.
