Why is it some people just never have enough money?

Some people no matter how hard they try, no matter how hard they work just never seem to have enough money?
 
Is it bad luck? Or is everyone else out to get them? Or is it something else?
 
Could it be that for many it's how they think, what they say and do -- and mostly how they feel -- that makes it so that other people just don't want to give them money ... people just don't like them???
